Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  

In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as before 6 pm the day the order was placed, unless you place the order on the weekend.  If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning.  We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from DashikiPride, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges. In addition, for the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be removed from your product refund.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must take this up with the United States Postal Service.  DashikiPride does not hold responsibility for package that shows complete delivery. 

Orders will be received 5-6 business days from the date that the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, the order can still take up to a day to be processed. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.

International shipping times depends on your country's customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration. Please see the shipping and return policy on our website for further inquiries. 

If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order.
